Post your working, we'll tell you whether you've done it wrong or not. This is a standard integral that you should really know by now.
3. sin(xt)
Check by differentiating!
4. You may find http://integrals.wolfram.com/index.jsp useful.
5. Negative rep's rather harsh!
The OP's question is about a standard basic result!

Integral of cos(ax+b) = (1/a)*sin(ax+b)
Integral of sin(ax+b) = -(1/a)*cos(ax+b)
