Anyone fancy helping me a little bit with my dissertation next year?

I'm planning to do a study into how personality factors into people becoming vegetarian, the reasoning behind it etc etc. However it isn't a topic we've really picked up on in lectures or in fact anywhere so I was just wondering if there was anybody that's had some experience with this topic (maybe you are or did your dissertation on it). Some relevant literature or something would be nice.
