    this guy also sais 5lbs of muscle gain a year...

    common really? if you only gain 5lbs a year you'd give up pretty much after couple month's.

    The dude who plays batman managed to gain so much weight within 5 month's.... not 5 years....

    you can either do two types of bulking. dirty bulking which generally involves a high amount of calories including carbs and fats which is ofcourse easier and will give you gains quicker, however you will gain a fair bit of body fat, therefore you will likely want to cut for a while after to lower you body fat. this is the most popular method for ppl who are skinny or small and jus want to quickly gain some mass. the other method is ofcourse clean bulk. this is where for would only eat clean calories which would be low in carbs and fats, and high in protein. you wouldn't gain much body fat as it would mostly be lean muscle gains, but your gains will no doubt be alot slower. Now u should kno that there is a limit to how much lean muscle mass i u can gain, around 2-3 lbs a month max. which if done right can amass to over 20-30 lbs a year of clean gains which u should agree would be amazing. however i warn u that this is very difficult as diet and training must be spot on, it requires full commitment no skipping or half assing it when u feel like it. Diet is the most important thing in bodybuilding, be it bulking or cutting. its atleast a 60/70% factor with workout being the other 30/40%.
