Not sure if i'm posting this in the right section.

In school i'm doing A-Levels or should I say I was doing my A-Levels and I got told already that I'm not doing so well which I know already. I spoke to my teachers whether I can start afresh and do my 1st year again. They said I'm more than welcome 2 but I'm advised by them not to. My Biology teacher especially doesn't want me to do it again because I didn't do very well in my C/W practical. For that reason my teacher thinks I wouldn't do very well.

People would say do a different A-Level other than Biology but I want to go to Uni and do science related 2 either Biology or Chemistry and I don't find the other subects interesting. I wouldn't do Physics as physics is just as hard as Biology.

I have the decision to redeem myself and prove to them I can do well by starting again or go college and do a BTEC which I don't want to do but they advise me to do cause I'm not doing so well.

My only worries is that if I start again, I might do bad in the practical for Biology. I know that if I put more effort into my 3 subjects (including Biology) I can do well (theory and exam wise).

If you was in my position what would you do?

    P.S. Give serious answers please.

Learning how to spell dilemma is your biggest problem.

Do A levels other than biology. Duh.
