I see my friends constantly tucking into sweets and chocolate, and am utterly repulsed. How could anyone choose that over the simple salty delight of a packet of crisps? For me, savoury snacks are the way forward: toast, chips... Yummy but what is better in your opinion? Sweet or savoury?

The trick is in alternating between them. That way you can eat a lot more without feeling sick.

    JOKE.

Depends what time of day it is and what mood I'm in...savoury first then sweet.
