through the park, with an element of incline and decline
Then that's a decent time, a little better than average, but from what you've said you have a good physique anyway, your muscular frame will certainly actually help you rather than hinder you over shorter distances, im guessing your legs are pretty strong too. But you will certainly fall shorter than your lighter bretheren over longer distances.

I don't understand why you keep boasting about things though? if your humble about your achievements people will be much more impressed, the way you are talking it's as if you have something to prove, so people just can't take you so seriously, do you understand?

As soon as I saw the title I knew it was a SummerSofas thread!

Why do you care if people are stronger/faster than you? Because I bet there are loads of people that are but dont feel the need to brag over the internet

What seperates us from lions and the other mammals is our ability to think outside the box. If you can't do this then what makes you think your any more special than anyone else?

There will be people that are, trust me. Probably people that back it up rather than boasting over a student forum too. But if you are really so insecure that you need to tell the world then fine.

I'm 95 kg of muscle, but still managed 5.15 km in 25:12 today. This translates into 5km in 24:27, or 3 miles in 23:47.

Is there anyone heavier than me doing this in a quicker time?

pretty sure i can outbeast everyone, be it by being quicker than them and/or be stronger
I bet you can't put a fruit pastille in your mouth without chewing it.

no. look at a champion olympic weightlifter, all 150 kg of him - do you think he can run faster than me?

look at the 5k champion, notice how he has biceps the size of my wrists, do you think he can outlift me?

Your using examples of people that specialise in one aspect, I know plenty of rugby players that are both stronger and faster than you. Stop thinking youre something special!

You're saying because the champion weightlifter is slower and the 5K champion isn't as strong there's NO-ONE stronger and faster than you? really?
You lift decent weights and yes that time's alright. But there are people better than you. My bet is a lot of them.
I've seen quite a few of your threads whilst browsing through the fitness forum (unfortunately) and really I just pity you. That you need validation from random students over the internet that you're strong and fast, and need to belittle the other people lifting weights at your gym.
Yes you're stronger and faster than me. If that really makes you feel good about yourself then that's your problem not any of ours.

I really need to make another checklist of "beast" things, but I'm already on 13 warning points
