    Hi well I would say go for what you enjoy...what A levels do you like to do at the moment...that should give you an idea of what career path you could pursue?How about researching these careers you have in mind in your free time and seeing what they involve, how many years of studying, the future job prospects. You could even speak to a doctor/accountant/investment banker... and that could help you make your choice too. Perhaps in your holidays you could go to these workplaces and see what the job involves.
    I guess if you have a good application and good A level results then you can get a place for medicine!
