We just got a new fridge and it has this crushed ice dispenser option.
I'm dying to try it out and make myself a cool, icy snack, but I'm fresh out of ideas on what I can make.

    So, TSR, any suggestions?

I was thinking maybe a banana smoothie, but I don't have a blender. Any work-arounds?

Just pour a huge glass of your favourite drink and use it as ice!

    Or....some kind of frappucino.

Pina Colada. PINA FLIPPIN COLADA! seriously, all you need is rum, coconut juice, pineapple juice, sugar... add a bit more rum... and a bit more... and there you are! I lived off these for 14 days straight on a holiday in the caribbean once.... highly recommended.

 I think I'll try this is the holidays, when it's warmer.

Sun, icy cocktails, and grilling. Just the revision missing.

If you have a cocktail shaker you could knock up some seriously awesome cocktails.

I'm thinking crème de menthe, milk and some sort of white spirit, I suppose white rum would be the logical choice although I personally refuse to have anything to do with the stuff. I was just coming up with that off the top of my head...it probably has a name if it's nice. If not it's probably vile.

Tequila sunrise perhaps? - tequila, grenadine and orange juice. Again, I can't stand tequila after a certain night more than two years ago :puke:

Or maybe one of the classics - "sex on the beach" or "woo woo" (personally I'd go for woo woo)
