Are virtual images bigger/smaller/same size as the object and same with real images
my textbook says virtual images are bigger but then in my note book I wrote virtual images are the same size As objects in plane mirrors
so what are the differences? Thanks

    For a plane mirror
images are virtual and the same size.

    For a convex mirror
images are virtual and smaller than the object

    For a concave mirror
virtual images are larger (there can also be larger and smaller real images)

    For a convex lens
virtual images are larger (there can also be larger and smaller real images)

    For a concave lens
    virtual images are smaller
