    Learn to do a literature search. Google scholar is a good place to start.

    Eg, in a simple search of stress and headache, I found:

    I'm totally new to this thing, and this is why I'm asking.

    I found some papers I'm looking at and just confirming some issues here.

    Yeah. You need a subscription to access the entire paper. Most universities and libraries will have subscriptions to this kind of journal.
