    Windies win! Gayle rocks!

So, windies vs aus final. Who expected that? Windies have beaten aus before in this tournament and in malaysia before. If all there players perform they have a great chance. Windies for the CT 2006!

The windies did well today. But you know against the aussies there just going to get trounced Gayle will probably fall to a brett lee yorker first ball again, and morton will probably get another 31 ball duck. I'm not naturally pessimistic, but it's what will probably happen. The west indies used up their good performance for today!

well if the last CT was a bit of a fluke, this definitely confirms the upturn in WI's ODI form.

Asif is SURE he hasn't taken any drugs and is waiting for his B test results.
I don't know what Shoaib is up to.

Last I heard they'd both said they shouldn't bother with a B sample.

I don't see how calling them cheats is a low blow. Given that they've been found guilty of cheating, it'd seem a perfectly reasonable label.

A Y A Z - are you sure? I have read that both of them waived the right to have their B samples tested.

Yes I'm sure. And Asifs test is due tomorrow. I think he will be found innocent.
Otherwise he has to be a dumb f*** to have such an amazing start and throw it away.

Theres something going on in the PCB that we don't fully understand... yet.

Do you have a link to show me what you're talking about? I know Asif is appealing, but I didn't think it was on the grounds that he doesn't actually have any steroids in his system, just that he can't really be held responsible for why they got there.

There are a lot of 'local' doctors (hakeems/herbal medicine specialists) in Pakistan. God knows what they put in their 'cures'. <= According to Asif.

He is going to object on these grounds. He may have taken the drug un-intentionally. If so, the matter will be investigated.

Asif is actually saying that what caught him out was a protein supplement rather than any local medicines.. and anyway, that's nothing to do with his B test, he waived his right to have one.

    I'm following this very closely.

"Asif had been using a protein supplement, Promax-50".

"We offered both the players to have retests on B samples which they declined, which implies that they are not questioning their failed dope tests,"
