I've recently carried out a Biology investigation on the rate of digestion of starch using different concentrations of amylase solution using starch agar plates. In the left hand column I have concentration and in the right average diameter of clear area on agar dish (mm). How do I process this data? Or find a rate of reaction etc? Time wasn't really involved, we just left them for about an hour. Thanks
