If i see a pretty girl, get talking to her, buy her a drink/ice cream, talk to her some more, and then i shove my tongue down her throat? She then shoves me off and I keep trying to kiss her, is that rape?

or does rape have to involve penises coming into play?

It's rape regardless of what you're using. A poll does not change the fact that it's non-consensual.

Forcefully kissing someone is not "rape" as rape is defined. It is still sexual assault. Also, why would you continue trying to kiss someone after theyve made it pretty clear they don't want to be? :lolwut:

If there was a "TSR member most likely to become a sex offender" award, I think we would have a prime contender.

Rape involves penises, vaginas, mouths and anuses, and the lack of consent.

You are describing a (potentially sexual) assault.

it would legally be sexual/indecent assault, should the girl wish to press charges

It's sexual assault which is still a punishable crime with a jail sentence. So by all means if you'd like to be labelled a criminal and social outcast and a weird, demented, pervert amongst other things, go ahead and do it.

Seriously dude, do you have no common sense? Did you ever go to school or did your parents ever teach you about "the birds and the bees" and the difference between right and wrong?

It would be indecent assault - if it were 10 years ago.
