I recently passed my Padi open water diving course, and i wondered if this earned me any UCAS points, if so how much? because when i passed my course it said that this could get me extra credit points towards uni, but didn't say how much.
also how many points do i get for duke of Edinburgh? i've completed bronze silver and gold.

Nope. Don't think so. There's a bit of UCAS somewhere that lists them, pretty sure no dive qualifications are on it.

I can't actually find D of E or the open water diving course on there to be honest.

You do not get UCAS points for PADI or Duke of Edinburgh.

You can list it as an interest in the extra curricular paragraph of your PS if you want, but that's it unless you're applying for marine studies or similar to be able to relate it to your interest in the course.

    1. This thread is nearly three years old.
    2. Your information is incorrect - there are no UCAS points for DoE. See here: http://www.ucas.com/how-it-all-works.../tariff-tables
