if the message keeps coming up, then close down all of the windows you've got and log off the internet, then open a new window and go onto track with no other programs/sites running with it.

If that doesn't work, just keep trying....eventually worked for me!

Yeah, mine's not working either. Their server's probably gone down - just give it an hour or so and it'll probably be back up.

Thanks for the help. It didn't work for me, but after trying that, it did. I'd been trying to log on for almost 1hr. No rejections yet! Hah, can go to bed now :smile:

A 500 internal server error is pretty much an internal error as the name suggests, so it isn't a client-side fault AFAIK.

But I suppose doing what ~nat~ suggested is worth a shot.

Im finding that it doesnt work in aol, but if i try accessing in internet explorer, it works every time...

Mines not working either- as long as UCAS havent deleated me from their database or anythin like that its ok.

Just tried entering through IE rather than firefox and it works. No offers though :frown:
aaarrrgggh i've tried everything - including re-starting my computer - but I can't get into track!!! this is so annoying!!!! Im just going to leave it for a good two hours, anyone got any other suggestions?
i don't think track works over the weekend in terms of offers updating so chill.

It does on a saturday, but not on a sunday. Im getting the same error. People its nothing to do with our computer, so restarting it will do nothing. Just be patient and accept ucas are pathetic :rolleyes:

Sorry to tell you, but you are mistaken! I sometimes have the error so I restart the browser and it'll work (sometimes it needs a few tries though..)
I've been getting that error ALL day. Just tried to log on now, and found my first 2 offers waiting...wooo!

Congrats.

The error seems to pop up intermittently. Haven't seen it in over 24h though.
I've had it a couple of times, best to just leave it for a while and it'll fix itself, I don't thing shutting the internet really does anything if the error is internal except pass the time till it's up and running again. cold turkey! who knows it might even break the habit :wink:
