Well that isn't the same. That would be the same if a girl said your not big enough but not the same as you just thinking she may think that. I think a better comparison is how girls will often think you are comparing them to what you see in porn. You think we are comparing you to dildos and we think you are comparing us to porn stars.
And we also think that you're comparing us to pornstars.

    (Original post by Smophy)
I know that lads are usually joking but it doesn't take away the fact that a lot of them were not. I had the joy (lol) of spending most of my days around nearly all boys all discussing sex and porn etc. I knew when some were joking and the ones that weren't. I suppose I had a bit of a rare insight as being a lass I got the female perspective and the conversations that lads don't usually hear but I was never excluded from the lads despite what they may be discussing. So I think I have a pretty even perspective and I have to say I think that in terms of anxiety and of judgement of sexual partners males and females are pretty even.
I doubt that. Women are far worse. I've heard (and read) many women talk about guys and their bodies and sexual performances, and they're far more critical, unsympathetic and ruthless than men.
Hell, even on this forum and others forum the women are worse than men.
Also, women talk a lot more about men in general than vice versa.

If you'd stop putting so much pressure on yourselves, it wouldn't. Women understand that there are many factors that cause premature ejaculation, not being able to get an erection etc. You're the one who is coming up with this nonsense.

I've heard of men complaining about a woman's performance in bed more than the other way round. Some women aren't confident about their bodies or they are sexually inexperienced so they have to rely on the man, and they get criticised for it. There's more pressure on women to have big boobs and perfect bodies, than men to have large penes.
So there isn't any pressure on men to have perfect bodies? Not to mention height, which, like the penis, isn't something that men can change. Also, most of the pressure on women come from women themselves. Most of the pressure on men comes from women.

if you cant tell the difference then how come most dildos are above average size? and they might not be able to guess how big you are from the feel but im guessing you can tell the difference between different sized penis'?

ok im not particuarly worried myself, im in a long term relationship and im quite happy with myself and my own performances, im talking about the male population on the whole.

    ok lets go through these:
"will he think im fat" majority of men are more obese than women and we'd rather you have some fat as it shows you're not unhealthily skinny.
"should i moan, will i sound wierd" all sounds made in the bedroom are sexy unless its shouting rape.
"am i too hairy" if you are you can always shave/wax/trim.
"are my boobs too small/saggy" so long as you have boobs most of us will be happy.
"is my vagina ugly" i've yet to see a vagina that wasn't attractive to me in real life, google blue waffle then tell me yours is unattractive.
"will he think im bad in bed if i dont go ontop" for guys position really doesnt make that much difference to how good a girl is in bed.

however i know a guy who has been asked if he was in yet, and another who has been dumped because he wasn't good enough in the bedroom, very few guys will dump a girl because her boobs are too small.

im not saying girls dont worry at all, but most of your worrying is silly but as in those two instances above and the fact that guys are more comparable guys have more to worry about in the bedroom.
Spot on. Women really need to understand this.

Most of the pressure about penis size and performance comes from men themselves. This thread proves that.

And how do you know that? Have you asked the vast majority of women? No you have not, stop generalising. 7-8 inches would be too big for a lot of women. Plus, not everyone has multiple sexual partners.
Try asking women what size they prefer. You'll then see that I was right all along.

I've read MANY sex surveys in magazines, on forums, dating sites etc. etc., and 7-8 inches is BY FAR the most desirable/best size according to women. The vast majority of women would take a big one over and average-sized one any day.

    (Original post by Philbert)
There we go again. Most women. But probably not as many as you think. Sex with an actual human is always going to be better, in my opinion. Other women might think differently. Then again, I don't use sex toys, so I wouldn't know.
Yes, many women think differently. I bet that at least half of those women who use sextoys believe that sextoys are better than men.

    (Original post by Philbert)
    Now you're just being ridiculous.

You're the one putting this pressure on yourself to perform.
Not really. Women are to blame for this. Nearly all women talk about penis size and stamina with their friends, and mock/ridicule guys who don't "measure up" or can't pound her for ages.

If the sex is bad or if something goes wrong, it's always the man's fault, according to women.
If she can't feel him that much, it's because his **** isn't big enough. If she can't get wet, it's his fault. If the women can't ***, it's his fault too. And so on, and so on.

Good sex is the man's responsibility. It's him and his **** that are getting judged. How big is it? How long can he last? How many position does he know?
What exactly do women do? Spread their legs, and rotate their hips once in a while? Give a blowjob (which is probably the easiest thing in the world to do)? It's VERY EASY for a woman to be "good" in bed..

Ewver wondered why there is such a big difference between a good male lover and a bad one? And hardly any difference between women in bed?
Most men will say that there is hardly any difference among women when it comes to performance. But most women probably won't admit this, because then men might start putting pressure on them to perform.

How often have you heard a guy criticize a woman's performance in bed? And how often have you heard the opposite?
Who would you believe if a guy and a woman both said that the other person was crap in bed?

    I rest my case.

I mean directly compare it too. So unless your stood naked next to another man or stood holding a dildo most girls aren't going to know how big you actually are and unless you are extremely small or extremely large it is unlikely they are going to know how big you are by the feel.
    This is 100% UNTRUE.

If your theory was true, then how come women are able to tell which guy was her biggest and smallest? And rank the guys she has slept with after penis size?

What about the fascination that many men have with big boobs????
Women are dying under the knife for the sake of trying to satisfy an 'image of perfection' that doesn't even exist.

Trust, we're equal when it comes to these things. :yep:

I don't have an issue with breast size, most men I know have no real issue barring the most odd extremities.

    Penis size is inescapable however.

I used to be very worried about it, and had a bad experience with a girl (I'm 5.9" by 5.5"), but with my current girl my fears have evaporated. She is happy with me (and I trust her) and I am happy with her.

Intimacy is the factor people miss....

Okay, then. You are truly an authority on the matter.

Yes, many women think differently. I bet that at least half of those women who use sextoys believe that sextoys are better than men.

Not it isn't. It take two to tango, you need the full involvement of both people for great sex. Plus, it's not easy giving blow jobs for all women, you idiot. Some hate it.

Ewver wondered why there is such a big difference between a good male lover and a bad one? And hardly any difference between women in bed?

How often have you heard a guy criticize a woman's performance in bed? And how often have you heard the opposite?

I have often heard men criticising women's performance in bed, mainly saying that they just lie there.

Who would you believe if a guy and a woman both said that the other person was crap in bed?

If two people were saying that, I'd think they must both be bad in bed because they couldn't properly communicate about what they wanted. That's usually the problem. Or perhaps they're just sexually incompatible.

    I rest my case.
Golly gee. It's evident that not everyone thinks the way you do.

Men generally watch more porn. Not that many women watch porn on their own (not with their partner) compared to men. So by that it seems more likely for men to compare us to porn stars than vice versa.

See in my experience it is pretty much even, if not then its men being more ruthless. I do admit women talk more about men than men do about women but its not all critical lol

I'm sorry but I really do not know any women who do this! The only people I imagine doing this are sluts.

This. Most women, especially young ones, have one or several vibrators/dildos, so if they're used to masturbating with a large sextoy, an average-sized (or smaller) **** isn't going to feel as good.
Plus, like you've also said, most women have tried a big ****.
You actually know nothing of real life. It's quite scary.

Listen up. You have an average penis, so you don't need to worry.

Why do you spend your time flaming on women on TSR and cosmo forums instead of actually going out into the real world to fix your problems?

The more you stay in here, the more you risk curdling into a useless husk of a human being. Go out and try to improve yourself.

Deadly serious. You guys panic way too much. Most dildos wouldn't be massive. You're just influenced by what you see in porn - i.e. lesbians using massive vibrators - it's catering to the audience. Use the noggin and think outside the box!
dude i said "from my experience" not from what i've seen in porn, and i never said all dildos are massive but most are bigger than the average penis.

This. Funny how men constantly have to make sure that he isn't making his girlfriend insecure, for example by watching porn, but women don't care if they're making their boyfriend feel insecure, for example by shoving gigantic dildos up her vagina.

You probably know this already, but ejaculation and orgasm aren't the same thing for men. Nearly all guys ejaculate when they have sex, but I doubt that many of them really orgasm.

Exactly. Women ALWAYS blame men if the sex isn't good, no matter what happened.
totally agree with both the first and the last, but you cant ejaculate without orgasm from penetrative sex, can you?

We've all been there - all the negative thoughts just reduce you to a shell. Millions of the people in the world are worse of than you.

How old are you, where do you come from, what do you do? I'm assuming you're young - so go out an try things.

Sure, but this is also not entirely quantifiable. The average human penis being anywhere between 5.25 to 6.35 right? Ok, here you go:

How have you lost the battle? Well, I nearly lost the sight in my right eye for starters, was not doing well at University, had a bunch of other medical problems. Things weren't very good. All these factors combine into one large black hole. So simply, you've got to go out and make the best of it.

    (Original post by bloomblaze)

No, but i'm assuming you're a young guy - life's too short to worry about stuff like this. The more worried you become, the more it has an effect on your day to day life. Most women aren't size queens; most women aren't heightists. Girls, have ideals, we have ideals - we can all be as equally as shallow as each other. World keeps spinning. The reason why hxx won't get any girls is his attitude problem. If you're a good guy and take care of your partner as well as satisfy her sexually, then you've got it made. Work on improving yourself rather worrying about what you cannot offer.
