If I'm angry, I listen to some loud, angry music. If I'm sad, then I write or listen to sad music or watch some distracting TV show. I don't really get panicky when I've got lots of work or that kind of stress... I just deal with it. But then I usually go home and sleep if I have time. I'm good at stress.

It used to be punching walls, or lifting weights when I was young and foolish (not that I'm anything but these days either). Now I don't have a mechanism for it to be honest other than getting horrifically drunk which is my very own panacea.

Music sometimes works, but sometimes merely aggrandizes the stress of frustration so it's as likely to exacerbate the issue as to cure it.

I always go for a shower, have it really hot and use my fave shampoos and body washes Then watch a film when I get out which actually usually serves to make me even more depressed, so not sure why I ever bother.

I don't have arguments. But when I am stressed for some other reason I like to start arguments on the internet, and win them, and then ruthlessly mock and belittle my defeated opponent.

I also like to go for walks.
