From a rather uninformed viewpoint I find the following attractive:

    Neonatology
    Haemotology
    Vascular Surgery

I have an eye on Psychiatry and Paediatrics as well but I guess I won't know till I'm at Medical School and actually had a chance to see more... stuff. The only two I've been in contact with have been a Haemotologist and a Vascular Surgeon (from this list, met a few Cardiac Surgeons, Cardiologists, Anaesthesists and GPs as well )

According to my copy of "Do you want to be a brain surgeon?" there is such a specialty called Clinical Genetics starting at ST3 Clinical Genetics. MRCP exam. It's from 2009 though, so not sure how much has changed although I'll wager it will change a bit by the time you reach that stage.
