University Interview Questions
I'm going through some questions I could possibly be asked at my interview...
I'm really stuck on how to answer this question though:
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I read somewhere that your 'weakness' shouldn't really be a weakness though
Any ideas on what i could say?

You should highlight a weakness that could be taken as a strength and then say how you have overcome it - e.g. you can't leave work unfinished and have to finish it even at the cost of social life - however you have learnt to balance your time more.
