Doing physics at KCL this september, firmed unconditional.

Is it possible to do a 2nd year transfer to UCL for the same course?

Would be grateful for all advice and information, I haven't a clue about how to go about this or even if it's possible at all.

Also what would the application system be like, do I need to get a tutor or somebody from uni to write a recommendation and predict my first year result...say a 1st or 2.1?

Also will I be on the current fee system or be charged the new higher fees even though I start out my course on the current one?

    thanks
