How much more competitive are CorpFin and advisory compared to assurance and tax?
Also how do career prospects and salary compare?
I am doing Accounting and Finance at birmingham and am most likely going to get AAB at A levels, is that good enough?
Also, is it best to go for audit to begin with as it has the best competition and then move into corpfin/advisory ?
While i don't mind audit, lines in advisory like transactions and reconstructing, risk and compliance and M&A sound way more interesting to me.
