Basically, I received a offer to study Accounting & Finance, but now I want to switch to Computer Science. I'm worried, though, that the university may withdraw its offer altogether if I do this?
I actually already asked one of my choices to make this switch, and they immediately said yes, no problem.

no they wont withdraw your original offer unless they are offering you a new one...

no, they can't. I'm in the process of changing my course now to History and one university has said no, but `i still keep my original offer.
The only thing they can decline is a change of course, your offer cant be retracted.

If you really want to switch then this isn't a problem - having an offer for a course you don't want is the same as having no offer!
They may suggest this, but it is possible to change without losing your first offer.
