studying dentistry in france/belgium/spain/germany
does anybody have details of this? fees/unis etc? or where i could find more information?

Well it'd help us more if you gave us more information. What languages do you speak and to what level? What are your grades? etc.
I can't help with the other 3, but I know the German education system is a bit different, so it's not a set fee per year as the amount of time doing your degree is not set in stone. For example, my host mum's sister studied medicine, and it takes no less than 6 years, but it actually took her 8 years. I have heard that there are some states where higher education is free, but I couldn't tell you if this is the case now, or which states these would be. In Dresden though, it was 500€ per semester.
