A airship starts at rest
an anchor point P on the air ship is intially at 5i+3j +10k
a= 1/2i +1/5j +1/10k for 10 seconds
v= 5i + 2j + 1k
The position of P after 10seconds is 30i+13j +15k

the airship now moves with a new constant acceleration so that after a further 10 seconds P is at 78i+34j-24k

calculate the new acceleration?

Use SUVAT equations on each direction separately, but you'll need to know the position and the velocity after the first ten seconds. (remember that the final velocity of the first ten seconds is the initial velocity of the last ten seconds)
