Hi, I have a 2.1 history degree and want to do some kind of history teaching. I am torn between secondary and further education.

I have a 6 month old son and would really like to have some flexibility and possibly work part time- is this possible in either secondary or further education?

How is best to qualify as a further education teacher. Am I better off training to become a history secondary school teacher and later look at QTLS??
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
