Do bonus points get predicted? And if yes on what basis because the EE isn't graded yet.

Depends on the school, and depends on your ToK teacher, EE supervisor, and performance overall in the IB. Also progress in CAS.

If your school does not predict core, you will not be at a disadvantage - universities receive a breakdown of the prediction not just a number.

Yeah at my school they do, but if neither part has been assessed yet they just give you a grade proportionate to the rest of your predicted grade. Ie. if you're predicted a 37 or above they predict you 3 bonus points, 29 or above they predict you 2, and everyone else they predict 1. That's how it worked at my school. But I was predicted 3 bonus points and i only got 1
