Basically at the start of university in september. I used to be overweight...weighing about 13.5st-14.2st, 38" waist and mainly XL check shirts on nights out!

Then somehow by cutting down calories, healthy eating and walking more...I managed to cut-down to about 11st, 32" waist and mainly S check shirts .

But recently I've been binge eating like I think it was 2weeks ago I ate about 1k calorie of junk food then today I ate 2scoops of mint choc ice-cream in a sugared cone, 200g of crisps, and had 150g of wine gums and a freddo.

I'm worried in case I go back to the overweight slob I was...what is the possibility of this? As I treat myself every 2/3weeks? But when I do it's quite big as you can see!

Much help appreciated. My ideal goal is to be S in clothes, 30" waist, and a nice body with some lean muscle slowly.

    Much help is appreciated!

    Thanks

Hit the gym, or do some intense cardio alongside the healthy eating and walking more, etc. If you do, you can pretty much eat what you want as long as you workout multiple times a week

    Anything else?

I'm thinking of hitting the gym in the summer before I go on holiday and doing some swimming in easter. Right now I don't have time.

Dude I've eaten more than that in one sitting. Isolated events shouldn't affect your weight by any significant amount, so treating yourself every now and then is fine .
It depends on your height, but you sound a pretty good size to me. Relax and be happy.
