I'm feeling very frustrated right now, I have just written 5 pages of what I am going to say to the psychiatrist next week! I don't know whether to send it to them as it is a real rant and I don't know whether I should send it to my therapist too. Plus it's terribly written! I just find I get very nervous that when I see people in the psychiatric service I don't know what to say to them and I struggle to express myself.

Send it, say it, do it. I think you need help if you're posting this on TSR!

Ranting is a good thing. I do it on a regular basis. Your psychiatrist isn't there to judge your spelling and grammar, just to work through your issues. I say send.
