I did a summer workshop in CSM, and it was intense. I was being taught well how to speak and present myself and I produced a good amount of work which helped me to create an excellent portfolio. so I would say CSM's probably your best choice as they really challenge you to think about your art, and there are different pathways so you can choose what to specialise in; all in all it's a very thorough art course. they're both great universities so whichever you go to will be fine. from my personal experience of CSM I feel they're probably the best choice, but that's just me
