17mm = 1.7 centimetres
100 cm in a metre, so 680cm = 6.8m
As a percentage:

Just to note comes from there being 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour and 1000 metres in 1 kilometre.

60 x 60 = 3600s

Now there are 1000m in 1km.

so you want km/h.

30 x (3600/1000) = 30 x (18/5).
