How many pull ups can you do? Watch

    I just want to get an idea of how much you weigh and how many pull ups you can do.

    i weigh 7 stones, and i can do half a pull up :P but i can do a lot of press ups.

    Haha how would that be sarcastic, its mostly to do with back as well as just upper chest and arm strength

    Before I had surgery, I could managed 120-125 strict form pushups, and topped out on pullups (again, strict form), at about 40. This was at around 189-190lbs.

    I haven't weighed myself for a few weeks, though I'd guess I were 182lbs-ish and would be lucky if I could hit two thirds of that. Sucks.
