For some reason, despite the fact it's the exact same thing - this:

    Is superior to:

Why is munching it off the cob so much more satisfying?!

oranges cut into quarters, so that you can suck out the inside
So true! Orange eaten the normal way just seem like so much effort to eat...

Biscuits taste better dipped in tea.

Croissants taste better hot and dipped in thick hot chocolate!

    Pitta bread tastes better hot.

Halloumi is better grilled/fried than left all raw and tasteless.

    Cheese is better melted....:sogood:
The top two are surely only better though cos you're adding an extra taste/flavour to them.

Hold a couple of maltesers in your mouth while drinking tea!
Sounds stupid, but then you haven't tried it yet.

I can't stand grated carrots. They always have to be chopped. Who knows why

Coke tastes worse through a straw/from a bottle than a can.

Even if you don't eat the cone (and if this was the case, what the hell's wrong with you)...

    This:

is always so much more pleasurable to me than this:

Everyone always thinks I'm weird when I say this but nutella mixed with cereal is SO good. Like how you get those hardened chocolate cornflake things, but instead it's gooey.

And when chocolate has melted so you put it in the fridge to harden again and it's a different shape, for some reason the chocolate tastes a lot better this way.

I'm surprised noone else has mentioned this yet, but different pasta shapes taste better than others. Like I think the pasta you get in lasagna tastes so much better than the shell shapes or whatever.

I feel this too. I absolutely adore macaroni, even though I know it's made of exactly the same stuff as other pasta shapes! I love all types of pasta but for some reason macaroni is the best of all.

Penguin bars taste better when you bite off opposing corners and suck your tea through it, then eat it and the middle is all gooey and amazing. There is a name for this phenomenon, and I think there was a thread about it, but I can't remember what it is

Chocolate chip cookies taste better with ice cold milk!

Pepsi tastes soooo much better in a huge glass filled with ice

Chinese tastes better off a plate (IMO) whereas chippies taste better in the paper

Chip cheese and gravy/curry/peppered sauce tastes SO MUCH BETTER if it goes plate>chips?CHEESE>SAUCE. So many chippies put sauce then cheese and it's just not right.
On a similar note, said meal tastes much better when the cheese is fully melted, and you have to twirl your chip because there's massive strings of melted cheese everywhere

    omg I'm so hungry now!
