The global economy amounts to about $61 trillion at the last count.

    So good luck with that

I used to love limewire, you'd search say 'Foo Fighters' and it would come up with 'Teenage slut forced to have sex with half a dozen black guys' and 'Lesbian Adventures on a Tug Boat'

They're still in it pretty deep mind you. 11,000 songs troubling them up to $150k apiece.

75 trillion though, what did they think was going to happen?

That reminds me of the joke, George Dubya was in the oval office when he was still president and one of his military advisors went in and said:

"Sir a Brazillian soldier has been killed in Iraq."

    To which Dubya replied:

"Oh God a Brazillian, how many is that?"

What the hell do these people hope to achieve? Even if they win, they are going to get next to no money by suing a site which hardly anyone uses anymore. I think the fact they think this will help in anyway, shows why the music industry is currently fighting a losing battle; they are so out of touch with reality.

It is not Limewire overtaking your computer with viruses, its you being an idiot and downloading files that contain viruses. In 2 years of limewire use I didn't get a single virus.

Don't blame the software, it is just a P2P client
