    You mean go and bench 30-40kg more? Because that might actually mean something...though I have to say my arms didn't get that much bigger between being barely able to bench 20kg (lulz) to 95kg (still lulz)

    I've taken two friends to the gym before who couldn't bench a 20kg bar. My girlfriend could do 2.5 a side when she first tried it.

    Here's a mate with 4kg dummbells, as soon as the assistance goes he drops it straight off

    What guy mates or girl mates? I can understand girls may either struggle or not be able to press the bar without any training
