where and who I can turn to for medical help?
officially i am an overseas student but I didn't register with the uni, so I didn't register with NHS and do not have a GP either.
as I feel very uncomfortable with my heart now, where and how I can see the doctor? and dentist as well? I mean NHS dentist, since I cannot afford private ones.

you could try ringing NHS direct and see what they say. Otherwise i dont know as it would just occur to me that ussuallyy you register with the doctor there!!!
