    I was always told to stick to dry foods after being sick, things which don't have a strong flavour. Dry toast is the best thing, or maybe crackers. Stay away from foods containing milk/dairy. The most important thing is fluids - ginger beer is great if you're feeling nauseous. Or anything fizzy usually works for me.

    Don't drink water, well don't drink loads anyway. Drink coke. It works. Also bread and plain digestive biscuits helped me. Gingerbread is proven to help with being sick too.

    Basically what is asked in the thread title. I spent a lot of yesterday being sick but have since managed to keep down some toast, anyone got any suggestions for other foods which would be good to eat and help settle my stomach?
    Ginger and Lemon tea is amazing for settling the stomach, You can buy it in t-bag form or get fresh Ginger Root and Lemon and pour hot water over it.

    Banana is also great

    When i was sick for days and constantly vomiting I had fizzy original lucazade that helped to get my energy back and try plain crackers and cheese

    toast ,chicken broth ,flat coke, eggs (scrambled).
    These are good to settle a tummy bug after being sick,
    try a lot of water first and if after 24 hrs you haven't
    thrown up, then move onto toast; try to keep that down
    for 3 hrs then try chicken broth and try and keep it down for 3 hrs and ect.
