I have an unfunded offer from Oxford University for PhD in Mathematics. The university fits well my interests and I even though I didn't receive support from the admissions office, I would like to examine other possibilities to fund my education there.
I'm even thinking about applying for a loan, if I'm eligible for such (I live in EU, but not UK).
The problem is that I have some other very good offers, expiring soon, and have to find out whether I can surely find the money needed for Oxford or not.
    Thank you!

There are no loans you can apply for (you could apply to banks from your home country, though, they might have schemes you can apply to)

Most of the research council deadlines have passed to, I'm afraid, but have a look at the university's website to see if there any scholarships still open and talk to the department - they might have some departmental studentships on offer.
