Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I need some information with regards to work life at university.
Hopefully, I will be starting a Computing and Business studies degree at either Warwick or Loughborough this Autumn however I am curios to know what the work life is like.
Could someone elaborate on:
How the work is structured, i.e. do you study 8 modules simultaneously like school / sixth form or do you study 1 module for 4 weeks then move on to the next one?
Exam time, are exams at the end of every module or at the end of year1, at the end of year2, etc...
Support and working conditions, i.e. do you study in the library with your friends like at sixth form?, or do you go back to your room and read for 8 hours? If you are having difficulty with modules / exercises, is there help available?
Difficulty, does the difficulty of work depend at all upon the institution. I.e. If I go to Warwick, is the course material more difficult than Loughborough?
