So... Long story short, I'm a rather unlucky chap in the sense that I was born with a skull deformity that was never actually treated. Anyway, my doc attempted to refer me once to a craniofacial surgeon, but after waiting for about a month we realised that he'd ****ed up and the wait was completely pointless.
Anyway, he made another referral out and made sure that he did it right this time; This was about 2 or so weeks ago. How long can I expect to be waiting before I get an appointment?
Should also note that I'm not entirely sure which hospital the referral will be for, but it's going to be one of only 4 in the UK. Forget the names of 'em all now.

Varies quite a lot depending on where you live and how urgent the hospital think it is. As it's something quite specialist, I doubt anyone on here will be able to give you an accurate estimate.

Alrighty then; I guess it won't be viewed as urgent, seeing as I've lived with it this long. I'll prepare for a long wait...
