I've had people tell me that you need to just get 90% across the AS and A2 level, others have said 90% total in the A2, and others that you need to get 90% in each A2 module.
I'm finding it almost impossible to get a clear answer, can anyone help? Much thanks.

    I can tell you xD

You need to get at least 80% in total for AS and A2 combined. However, you will also need to get 90% in your A2 exams.

    Therefore you can get
    AS module 1: 81%
    AS module 2: 79%
(as this averages out at 80%)

    A2 module 3: 90%
    A2 module 4: 91%

The 90% is compulsory for A2 but not for AS. (I'm also guessing that you have 4 modules :P)
