# Likelihood Ratio watch

1. Struggling with Likelihood Ratio. I think i need to do some more work with the DNA figures but not quite sure what? Can anyone help? Thank you

A crime occurs and a DNA sample is left. In the population 60% of the adult male population is Chinese, 15% are Mongoloid and the rest are American Indian.

An eyewitness showed that the offender was The DNA had a genotype of ABC99. The probabilities of having this are: Chinese, p=0.036; Mongoloid, p= 0.017 and American Indian, p=0.029

There is a suspect who is a Mongoloid male with matching DNA to the scene.

From this information and the DNA evidence, what is the likelihood ratio?
