Basically I'm wondering whether or not the access course i'm looking to do this september will be free for me. I'm currently 20, I'll be 21 in November, I have no previous Level 3 qualifications although i have previously been on a level 3 course which i did not complete.

You'll be 20 years old when you start the course so, as a result, I don't think you'll be a mature students (mature students are those aged 21 or above on the start of the course.

If I'm incorrect, feel free to correct me anyone. I'm going to move this to GUD for the time being (which is a more active forum anyway) and then move again if necessary, depending on further details.

What course are you looking at and what is your financial situation?

I'm 19 will be 20 when I start my access course, most colleges accept those aged 19 or over and some require you to have done some substantial work experience outside of studying to accept you.
