    Hey,

I'm trying to stop drinking redbull, so as a step I'm trying to drink Nescafe Cappuccino instead .. is this healthier ?

It's like 2 cups in the morning .. and 1.5 spoon of sugar.

    I need your help !!

    Thank you <3

Cappuccino I'd imagine, would have less chemicals and sugar than red bull?

Healthier how? I mean they've got less caffeine and probably still have less sugar than red bull (but why are you adding more sugar to them? :lolwut:) but if you're concerned about the fat or calories you'd be better off with normal coffee...

Why not have water? It is pretty much free from the tap.

guess you need to decide why you want to cut down on the red bull - is it because of the caffeine or the sugar? Then compare the content of both of these from the redbull and the cappuccino and drink which one has less of either.
