'Cover Sheet for Submitted Written Work'

Lol well I have an interview at Robinson for History, and they want me to send them 2 essays. Problem is, I never received the actual letter through the post (it is in disarray over here), and on the email they sent me they said they required me to attach a cover sheet to it. Anyone know what should be on this cover sheet? Lol I've emailed them but no response yet . . . I hope my teachers hurry up and mark my essays . . .

You should try and find out what Robinson want on the cover sheet, or get them to email it to you so you can print it or something, but if it turns out you can't and need a rough idea, my Trinity cover sheets had the following info on...

My bit:
-surname, first names
-proposed course
-subject of written work
-"I certify that this is my own work, and that I have acknowledged material taken from other works" ...my signature & date

School/college bit:
- "Was the work a classroom essay, homework assignment, term project, examination essay, other (specify)?"
-"What assistance did the candidate receive?"
-"What was the approximate time taken?"
-"When was the work completed?"
-"I certify to the best of my knowledge that this is the candidate's own work and that the information given on this cover sheet is correct." teacher's signature, date, position held in school/college and the school/college stamp

Hope this helps, should you need to construct your own cover sheet!

The cover sheet says 'colleges of the univeristy of Cambridge' on the top - so I presume everyone gets the same one or very similar. The questions written above were what my cover sheet asked.

Mine had 'Trinity College, Cambridge' on the top instead, so I guess they just wanted to have their own, I dunno. Anyway, if it was the same apart from that small detail, then it hardly matters.

I didn't get my cover letter. Got lost in the post.

The admissions tutor sent me a copy by email though so that turned out ok.
