It seems to be going well so far!
I just want to know what else I can do to ensure i'll go on the right track.
    I'm 16, male, 5ft 8" and 12 stone.
I don't look bad for my weight actually, but I want to be skinnier and toned (More like 10-10.5 stone)

For the past two weeks i've been going to the gym around 5 times a week.
During i've spent about 45 mins on the elliptical trainer (Level 5), 15 minutes on the bike (Level 4) and about 7 minutes on the treadmill (Speed 10.5, Resistance 0%).

I've been eating better, not that healthily, but less is significant.
I've been eating chicken, brown bread (making those essential replacements).
I've not totally cut out carbs, I eat brown rice, brown bread and white pasta, but I just limit how much I eat.

A typical meal plan a day:
    Breakfast
    7am - 20g Special K with a couple of splashings of semi-skimmed milk
    10.30am - Muiller Light Yoghurt
    (gym between 11.30-1pm)
5pm - A couple of ryvitas with philidelphia cheese
7pm - (not takeaway) Chicken Curry with white rice.

I've managed to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks, anymore advice?
    Thanks!

Also - I allocate myself a cheat day where I have a small dominoes pizza for instance, or a burger so i'm not totally rid of junk food and I won't binge.

Uuuh, so you're not doing any weights at the gym? Why?

Also, I can't see much veg or fruit in your diet... Especially leafy greens?

EDIT: Just noticed you have special K for breakfast... PLEASE don't eat that garbage. Eat a proper muesli.

I'm no specialist, but what you're eating doesn't sound that healthy.

Just as a side note, incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your diet.
