She should make sure she eats when she's not hungry too, as according to the OP she does eat whenever she's hungry and that adds up to about 500 calories a day.(Original post by chloe-xo)
just make sure you do eat when youre hungry and get enough of the right foods etc x
OP, make sure you eat three healthy meals and try to get some snacks too, even if you aren't hungry. Maybe eating at set times eat day (eg 8am breakfast, 11am snack, 1pm lunch, 4pm snack, 7pm dinner) can get you into a routine so you will remember to eat?
