I'm 1.95 meters (IOW 6' 4.77") and 83 kilograms (IOW 182 pounds). All my body mass is muscle, I have little or no fat. Should I start working out to increase body mass - I want it to be completely muscle based? What supplements to take and what exercises to do?
    Thanks in advance.

I eat a lot dude Still I might spend all the calories during day activities, so I asked whether I should take supplements.
Some people say I am skinny - but I play basketball as a center (the tallest dude) and I have absolutely no problem in duels with much heavier opponents.
    NOTE: I'm 15 years old
