I don't know if I have depression or not though my counsellor says I do but this isn't the point. The point is I'm having trouble controlling my life. I haven't done a full week of college in 2 weeks. It's exam period now and I just can't bring myself to continue on with college etc which to me feel like trivial things. I don't want to fail and at this rate I will.

I never imagined myself dropping out of college and I really don't want to. I had ambitions and just feel as if I won't amount to them with the way I'm living at the moment.

I told my parents that I've been seeing a counsellor for a while and wish I hadn't now.

My sig was written for when I feel like that.

Do you know whats causing your depression?

If you've ambitions how about you write them down again and again so that you know that is the reason why you would want to work and move on.

Talk to yoir GP about it, hopefully you'll be referred to a specialist and can start receiving proper treatment or get down to the root of your problem.
