    Hi guys, here's a draft of half of my Head Boy application which still isn't finished :P
    Any ideas/constructive criticism would be great, thanks!

    Dear Mr ____________,
    I am writing this letter in application of the position of Head Boy.

    Over the past four years, I feel that _________ has given me a great education, and I feel that the position of Head Boy is a wonderful opportunity to contribute back to the school from which has supported me so much. The role of Head Boy is a very important one, and I believe that I possess the relevant qualities and skills for this position.

    I believe that I have the ability to work under pressure, along with being a good public speaker, hard-working, responsible, well-respected amongst my peers, and approachable. Being Head Boy requires one to be likeable and approachable for people of all ages and backgrounds. I have a diverse group of friends in my year and also have some connections with the lower school . One other quality of being the Head Boy is to be able to work to deadlines. As I currently have a job, I am able to and used to working to deadlines every week, for over a year, so this would come naturally.

    I think that I could bring a lot of enthusiasm to the position as I have not had this opportunity before…
