    OK so when I was younger I used to get rashes on my arms which turned to spots - I wasn't sure if it was because of the sun or the sun cream I put on, but from then on I wore sun cream that was dermatology tested and I didn't have that problem any more. (Probably not relevant)

    Anyway a few days ago I went out in the sun playing football and I noticed later on when I was in the library my arms were itchy and I ended giving myself a bit of a rash when scratching. The same thing has happened three days in a row; (today I was in a different building) however when I go home my arms seem to be fine.


    I use this on my itchy rashes. Works a dream.
